KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

 

        Designed, managed and developed a year long automated data integration project with complete workflow engine with a Fortune 500 company resulting in a reduction of 40 operational man hours per month and an increase in data accuracy.

        Organized and ran the Electronic Data Committee as a cross departmental solution to resolve communication issues regarding new or changed electronic data formats. The formation of this committee reduced development and operational man hours, as well as an increase in invoice processing speed and improved vendor relations.

        Co-lead a cross functional team to implement EDI as a data solution for electronic billing. The project spanned 2 years and included project planning, research on vendors and tools, documentation, tools training, development, testing, end user acceptance, training, and implementation.

        Proposed, designed, developed and implemented data integration system that converted 50+ custom data formats to one standard format, saving hundreds of man hours per month and 60% decrease in development time

Summary of qualifications

 

        Led ProfitLine's data management group for 4+ years, through growth of 30 to 60 customers, conducting custom data integration projects with companies like Starbucks, Merrill Lynch, and Ernst & Young. Typically we integrated between 2 and 4 clients per month, with over 180 million call records being integrated per month.
